Terms & Conditions
These terms explain what we offer, what it costs, how to cancel and get your money back, and where our work stops. They apply to this site and to every service you order from us, and you receive them in writing before any payment.

We are an independent advisory. We have no official partnership with any university, school or government body, and we do not decide on their behalf. If we have a commission agreement with a university or an application platform, we tell you in writing (see Commissions).
The service
We give admissions guidance for universities and schools in Britain and the UAE: a free first chat, an assessment meeting, and guidance packages that include building a realistic list of institutions, reviewing the application file, guidance on the personal statement, deadline tracking and the official visa document checklist.
The details, price and stages of each package reach you in writing, in the offer and the agreement, before you sign, and they form part of these terms.
Prices
The first chat on WhatsApp is free.
Assessment meeting: 150 ILS. Forty-five minutes on Zoom or by phone with the student and a parent, followed by a written plan within 48 hours.
Packages: the package price is paid in two equal payments, 50% when you sign the agreement and 50% when the application is submitted. No payment depends on receiving an offer.
All prices are final prices in shekels and include any tax that applies.
Other bodies' fees are not part of our prices, and the student pays them directly: UCAS and university application fees, admissions tests and the IELTS exam, the visa and the health surcharge, translation and certification, and any deposit a university or school asks for.
How you pay
After the free chat we send you the payment link on WhatsApp. Payment is made on a secure Morning (Green Invoice) page, which issues your receipt. You may also pay by bank transfer, and we issue the receipt when the money arrives.
The assessment slot is confirmed once its fee is paid.
Cancellation and refunds
Because the contract is made at a distance, you may cancel it under section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981: within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving these terms in writing, whichever is later, provided you cancel at least two working days before the service is due to start.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
People aged 65 or over, people with disabilities and new immigrants as defined by law have four months instead of 14 days, when the sale included a conversation between us, including a WhatsApp chat or a phone call.
Assessment meeting: if you cancel at least two working days before the slot, we refund the full amount with no cancellation fee. After that you may move the slot once at no cost; a no-show without notice keeps the fee.
Packages: after the cancellation period, or once work has started, you may still end the package at any time, and we refund what you paid for every stage we have not started.
To cancel, a WhatsApp message, an email or a phone call is enough. We refund through the same method you paid with.
No guarantees
Admission decisions belong to the university or school alone, visa decisions to the immigration authorities alone, and scholarship decisions to their funders. We do not promise an offer, a visa or a scholarship, and no payment depends on one.
We are not responsible for these bodies' decisions, or for changes they make to their rules, fees or dates.
The student's own work
The personal statement and any essay an application asks for are written by the student. Our role is guidance, review and feedback; we do not write them for the student. UCAS and the universities check that the writing is the student's own.
Commissions
Some universities or application platforms may pay us a commission when a student enrols. If a university on your list pays us, we tell you in writing before you apply. A commission never changes our recommendation or what you pay the university.
Visas
We do not give immigration advice. Our visa help is limited to the official document checklist the government publishes (for the UK, GOV.UK) and checking that your documents are complete against it.
For any question about a personal immigration situation, please consult a licensed immigration adviser or a lawyer.
Your responsibilities
The accuracy and honesty of everything you give us: certificates, grades, personal documents and financial evidence. Inaccurate information can lead to a rejected application or a withdrawn offer or visa.
Keeping to the deadlines we agree with you.
If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian signs the agreement and pays.
The private portal
We open a portal account for you after the assessment meeting if you decide to continue. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, and we may suspend an account that is misused.
Ending, governing law and changes
Either side may end the engagement with written notice by email or WhatsApp. On ending, we hand back a copy of your documents and refund what is due under the cancellation section above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page. A transaction already made stays under the terms that applied on the day it was made.
