Question 1

What exactly do you do?

Accepted Answer

We accompany the family from the first session to departure day: building a realistic list of institutions with you, reviewing the application file and guiding the student while they write their own personal statement, tracking every deadline, then giving you the official visa document checklist, going through it with you, and helping with study-travel arrangements.

Question 2

When should we start?

Accepted Answer

Britain runs on deadlines. For universities we prefer to begin a full year before entry, and 12–18 months ahead for boarding schools. For entry in September 2027, the main UCAS deadline is 13 January 2027 at 18:00 UK time (20:00 in Israel). A later start is still possible, but it narrows the list of options.

Question 3

Do you only cover Britain?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Britain: its universities, its boarding schools from 16 and its summer programmes. We would rather master one destination whose institutions, deadlines and requirements we know closely than cover ten countries superficially.

Question 4

Do you guarantee admission?

Accepted Answer

No, and nobody honestly can. The admission decision belongs to the institution alone, as do visa and scholarship decisions. What we commit to is organised, on-time work and a realistic list of options that gives the student the best chance possible.

Question 5

What is the 150 ILS fee and why?

Accepted Answer

It is the fee for the assessment meeting: 45 minutes on Zoom or by phone with the student and a parent, where we read the grades, interests and budget, followed by a written plan with a realistic list of institutions and a timeline. It is paid once, and a free first chat on WhatsApp comes before it.

Question 6

How is it paid?

Accepted Answer

We start with a short free chat on WhatsApp; after it, we send you the payment link there to confirm the slot.

Question 7

What happens after the meeting?

Accepted Answer

You receive the written plan. If you decide to continue, we send you the package offer and a written agreement before any payment, then open a private portal account showing your roadmap, payments and the whole application file in one place.

Question 8

And if we decide not to continue?

Accepted Answer

There is no obligation at all. You keep the written plan and the suggested list, and the door stays open whenever you return.

Question 9

How is the service fee split?

Accepted Answer

In two equal payments: half when you sign the agreement, and half when the application is submitted. No payment depends on receiving an offer.

Question 10

How many institutions do we apply to?

Accepted Answer

UCAS allows five choices, and we usually spread them across one ambitious, several well-matched and one safe option. Boarding schools work differently and we explain them in the meeting.

Question 11

Who writes the personal statement?

Accepted Answer

The student writes it themselves; we guide, review and give written feedback. Universities spot ghost-written text easily, and the personal voice is what makes the difference.

Question 12

Do you track the deadlines for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every deadline, admissions test and interview appears on your portal roadmap, and we remind you before each one.

Question 13

Do you handle the visa?

Accepted Answer

We do not give immigration advice. Our visa help is limited to the official document checklist the government publishes (for the UK, GOV.UK) and checking that your documents are complete against it. The visa decision belongs to the immigration authorities alone, and we are not their agent.

Question 14

What does the UK Student visa cost?

Accepted Answer

The application fee from outside the UK is £558, and the health surcharge (IHS) is £776 for each year. You must also show money for living costs: £1,529 a month in London or £1,171 elsewhere, for up to nine months (£13,761 or £10,539). These are the GOV.UK figures as of October 2026, and they can change.

Question 15

Can the student work in the UK after graduating?

Accepted Answer

The Graduate route lets graduates stay to work after their degree: 18 months for applications made from 1 January 2027, and two years for applications before that. The details are on GOV.UK.

Question 16

When does visa work start?

Accepted Answer

Once the place is confirmed and the university issues its confirmation (a CAS number for the UK). Your portal then opens the visa section with the official document checklist.

Question 17

Do you help with housing and arrival?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we guide you through campus or boarding accommodation options and the first arrival arrangements, without acting as a travel agency.

Question 18

What IELTS score is needed?

Accepted Answer

Usually between 6.0 and 7.5 depending on the institution and course, with a minimum in each band. We pin down your exact target in the first meeting.

Question 19

Do you teach English?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for IELTS preparation: Omar teaches it himself, in a group (800 ILS) or one-to-one (1,600 ILS). We also help you pick an exam date that fits the application timeline; the exam fee itself is paid directly to the test centre.
